So dudes, there's this wierd movie coming out called Watchmen. It looks alright, I guess. I mean, the owl guy looks like a lame Batman rip-off and there's a wierd naked blue guy who can shoot lightning or something. But there's that dude with the wierd inkblot mask who seems pretty badass. He's totally channeling Christian Bale, but I bet he kicks the most ass in the movie.
But hey, it's directed by that guy Zac Snyder who came up with the idea for that movie with all the naked Greeks so maybe it'll be cool. It's out in like two weeks.
We could organize a viewing, if you peeps are into that sort of thing.
EDIT: It wouldn't even have to be on opening night if that's a problem for anyone.

I dig. Lets see it I heard that the whole "Giant Squid" part isn't in there, neither is the side comics with the Black Frigate either.
Actually, Tales of the Black Freighter is going to be a seperate animated DVD released some time in the next month.
Then when Watchmen comes to DVD they're going to integrate it into the director's cut, resulting in something like a 200 minute epic. Which is pretty rad.
That sounds sexy.
This is the best thing to happen to TF2 ever.
Just so's you all know, I'm going to home the 6th (along with the week after,) so opening night is possible.
I'm pretty much free friday night, and saturday after 7. I got an apartment now by the way.

I am, honest to god, so fucking tempted to drive five hours just to see it with y'all. Otherwise I'll have to resort to either Plan B.) Wait another three weeks for spring break to come along and THEN see it, alone and in the cold, or watch some ass-backwards pirated copy online >< And I think we ALL know (well, Josh does) about my feelin's towards dat kinda sheeit.
I really am thinking about it, best case scenario I could drive to G-town Thursday afternoon, in which case, we could leik omg TOTALLY do the midnight showing.

If you can stick around for the weekend, we could definitely play some games too. When your spring break is around, I'll probably head back up for a weekend, so we can gather then as well.

Sounds grand. I'm totally cool with hanging out before we head over if you guys want to. I'm home now and have nothing to do tomorrow at all.
And since the movie starts at 10:10 and has a FUCKLOAD of hype around it, I strongly suggest we get there at the very least an hour early, although this time let's make sure we get in the right line this time 'round mmkay???
Whatever time we meet up at 'Yosh's place (yes I said Yosh. No mis-spelling here, buckeroos) I think we should make a break for the theater around 8:30/45-ish
I think it would be easier to just leave from my apartment as I live in the Falls. But that's just me, Cody and muself can always meet you guys there as we will be car pooling.
I can give you guys a heads-up when I'm back in town, so if you want to hang out before, or after, it's cool. We should also think about playing some games this weekend.
