Soapbox - Breaking News

Fallout 3 is worth every cent.

That is all.

___

Alright, I guess I'm not done yet.

I've worked on the character sheet for SAME, but it's still not to the point I want it.
"What?" you ask? "I thought you'd re-done it already."
Yes, that is correct. However, things I make can always stand to improve or be improved.

I'll be heading back home soon, probably next week (November 8th.) I would like to play some games; if you guys have ideas, I'm all ears.

I've started a new campaign here with the same group from last year sans one member, using the Lord of Roads prompt. It's been a success, I suppose. If you guys are interested I can wax more on the subject, but I won't waste your time or patience with it.

On the subject of games, I hope that around Thanksgiving we might be able to find time to play either Alex's game or mine, seeing as [I would hope] Bryan might be around to join us. If you have pressing information regarding such a scenario, either in favor of or against, please present such.

Hmm... every cent?? I beg to differ. I think it's worth all but 15 cents. What I mean by that, is there is stuff they could've changed to make me a more happy gamer. But seeing as I've accepted the fact that console gaming is now paramount to developers it's an alright game. I still hate console-kiddies though.

But yes, as for gaming. I should be free. I work at applebees now, but I don't work weekends so as such I should be free. I would be up for anything, if I remember correctly I think between Josh's and Alex's we played Josh's last so I think the decision would come down to the eldest of the group.

What were your issues with it?

For me, things lined up with my expectations more less satisfactorily. Granted, there are a lot of things I wish were different, some technical issues and some game-related issues, but dollar-for-dollar there isn't much else this year that provides the same amount of enjoyment for me. I'm certain we've approached the game differently, but it's been a pretty solid experience so far.

I am tentatively available all weekend.

Really, we played SAME last time we were all present? It's been a while.

So who's looking forward to seeing Daniel Craig return to beat up some bad guys and bed some chicks in two weeks?

well I'm free on Saturday after 8. Other than that I am unfortunately busy with work and school stuff.

I know I sure am Alex!! And Josh, I'd discuss now, but I think it will be more fun to do it in person when get together to game. By the way, in case anyone was wondering, Rocknrolla is an awesome movie, and I recommend it to anyone who liked Snatch, or Lock Stock and Two Smoking Barrels... or just anyone in general!

As far as Thanksgiving goes, I'm planning on being back in Germantown sometime in the evening on Tuesday, the 25th, and I'll be heading back to Minneapolis the following Sunday. Then I'm up here for a whopping two more weeks and then I'm home for Christmas break for an entire month this year (last year's break was three weeks).

Oh, and 9.3 days until Wrath of the Lich King bitches.
