Frankly I like it. The whole ideals of political intrigue and possiable in fighting seems to be ripe here. And that is something I like. I also must say that I like the whole idea of enimies on multiple fronts idea as well. Over all it has those ideas most of us look forward to in a D&D game. Now let's hope we can play some soon.

It sounds epic Josh. I'm a sucker for the political intrigue aspect of it which sounds pretty exciting. Then the whole fact that they won't be expecting anything but the other guilds and then the efreeti come through and are all like "Wassup bitchez, we back mofo's and we taking back da hood!" And all that for them to wait for... sounds nifty man.
Also, I don't know who the pcs are working for (if anyone) but you could have one of the trade guilds catch wind of their interest in the fued and have them spied upon, or even an assassination attempt or something of the sort. That way it would really make them feel like they hold a big part in this. They might already know that, but I'm just going off of what I've read.
I eventually had to prod them to gather information; next time we meet (Hopefully next weekend, that Friday's mah boithday) I can go into more detail. At the moment I had to skip parts of the big fight so I could get to the climax, but all in all it went how I envisioned it happening. Eventually they will be the "Big Heroes," in that most of the country gets overtaken and they are the ones who liberate everyone from the New Efreeti Empire.
Anyway, I'm back at home, so anytime you guys want to hang out, that's cool. I should be working over the summer in a normal 9-5, but weekends, as usual, are always open.
Yeah I wanna see Iron man real bad. It looks so bad ass. As to you being free and all Josh. You are free to call whenevr you wanna hang. If I don't answer I'll calll ya back no problem.
So is everybody going to be available next weekend? I'd like to have our "homecoming" game pretty soon. I really, really want to continue playing SAME. It's been so very long since I played with people who any intuition or enthusiasm for the tabletop.
Umm next week me and Cody are gonna be at my cousins. However I am free this froday all day, or if you like we could figure out some way to play online. As to the whole SAME thing. I guess it's been so long though....

Amusingly enough, I am being dragged to Prom on the 9th. The evening of Saturday the 10th I can do. I need most of that Sunday to work on one of my final papers.

Ah well. Anyway, I guess we could start a one-off game. I've had a plethora of ideas prepared for just such an occasion, if you so wish to indulge in them.
I'll make a post later today with some outlines and suggestions. I'm told I have to go shopping, so it'll have to wait a bit.
