Metacritic puts it at 83.

I guess Jade didn't put out for 1up or Gamespy.

Turns out she's a dude.

(For the record, no I didn't know you hated slurs like that. For god's sake we hang around Kyle.HAI KYLE BFF'S!!)

... Sigh. I put up with it because I know they're just words, but the baggage carried by them is enough to make me uncomfortable when I hear or read them.

I bought it anyway, and I'll say that it's a fun enough game. The free-running is what I like about it the most at the moment. Haven't made any really big kills, I've just been goofing around in the kingdom. 8.3xE10/10xE10

yea i read some reviews and it made it sound rather lame, the 1up, gamespy, and the ign video review... it was enough for me to decide to not buy it, im gonna rent it first. Still buy Mass Effect though.

As far as the holiday is concerned, I work Wednesday and Black Friday but am free Saturday and Sunday. For now.

I don't want to be "that guy" but I'll ask that you be more considerate and less cavalier in the future about using those sorts of words and phrases.

I know I'm being a prude, and I know that you all don't use them in any sort of spiteful way, but talking like that betrays a gentler personality and larger vocabulary.

Ugh... I hate myself for even feeling the need to post that. And like that.

What the duce are you guys going on about? Besides assassins creed. I'm lost

I'm being a bit anal about the racial epithets.

I -really- don't like it when you guys talk like that.

Ok, I see where yer going with this thing. So yeah.....

Anyway, before you get here I want to help you make a character and get acquainted with the SAME rules so we can get right into playing.

I can do it in the blog, but it'd be easier to just chat. So, either tell me what client you use (Yahoo, AOL, etc.) or get Live Messenger and give me your contact information.

This is like the eighth time I've asked. I really hope I get something this time. Otherwise, I'll cry.

That goes for you too Alex.

Not the character thing. The messenger thing.

so, do we know what day we will be playing on yet??

satansgear said...

I doubt it.

At any point from Tuesday evening to Sunday morning.

It'll depend mostly upon what everyone else's schedules are. Alex, do you have a time for us when you are getting off work on Wednesday or Friday? Or do you foresee a hectic and exhausting time for yourself on those days?

If not everyone is able to make it, I'd want to have the games take place on the weekend. Preferably Saturday.

Regretably Wednesday and Friday are both "Ha ha no way". Class on Wednesday and work until 9. Friday is basically noon until closing. It's gotta be Saturday or Sunday as far as I'm concerned.

In other news, Beowulf is a pretty neat movie.

Okay.

Saturday at a reasonable hour it is.

Say, 4 in the afternoon.

satansgear said...

Yeah saturday's not gonna happen with me. But I'm free on Tuesday and I know cody is gonna be gone Hunting I believe unless he comes back early which I doubt. So yeah

Oi...

Alright.

Tomorrow in the evening then. Goddammit...

Hey yer the one that left it open man deal with it. Besides what you expect around the holiday season. I mean most jobs give ya off for turkey day than make you suffer for it that weekend. So when in the evening we talking about?

So that's how it is. Rad. I'll have to turn around and leave at ten, though.

I imagine there's going to be plenty of time between the fall and spring semesters for this kind of merriment, so don't fret yet.
